Hello,

My name is Meredith Shoger. I am the owner, designer, and jeweler behind Ruby & Co. I’ve been a creative and jewelry collector all my life. I have my tiny baby jewelry to prove it. My mother started us on gold bangles and birthstone jewelry nearly from birth. One of my earliest memories is visiting the Charleston market downtown and selecting a tiny, sterling turquoise butterfly ring which I still treasure.

Jewelry is a form of self expression, a way to commemorate moments and carry forward precious memories. Treasured jewels are joy-filled tokens of care and family heirlooms. In my career as an artist and creative, I’d journeyed through fashion and interior design, but after taking my first Silversmith class I knew I’d found my home as a jeweler. My personal love of jewelry and genuine, natural gemstones came together with my enthusiasm for color and style, and with the tools of silversmithing.. Ruby & Co. was born. This company is a deeply personal heart and soul expression and I thank you for coming along with love and support.
